PennWell Continuing Education Accreditation Information
PennWell is an ADA CERP recognized provider.
ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
PennWell has been developing and publishing supervised self-study continuing dental education programs for dentists, hygienists, and assistants for many years.
As an ADA CERP and AGD recognized provider PennWell is able to provide supervised continuing dental education to all dentists and hygienists in the United States, as well as countries outside of the U.S. that recognize the ADA CERP and AGD programs.
Please review our education disclaimer for more detailed information about our educational policies.
In addition to the online programs offered through this website, practitioners may also receive our continuing education courses in the mail on a monthly basis. Each course consists of information pertaining to a dental topic and include an accompanying answer sheet. Answer sheets are completed and faxed or mailed back to our offices for grading along with the appropriate test fees. Please note that exams and the associated fees may also be processed immediately online.
Once a practitioner successfully completes a course by receiving a score of 70% or higher, PennWell mails out a verification of completion. PennWell charges exam tuition to the practitioner ranging from $35 to $65, based on the number of credits the course offers.
